Q: How many team members can be in a room at the same time?
A: Rooms are currently limited to 10 simultaneous attendees but if you have a big team feel free to create multiple rooms to cowork in.
A: There's no limit on the number of rooms you can be invited too.
A: JumpRoom encrypts network traffic between clients and hosts with HTTPS using SSL/TLS 1.2. Every HTTP and real-time websocket message sent to and from our servers is encrypted.
Each room has a dedicated cloud drive for storage of user artifacts and other media. The drive file system is encrypted at rest and mounted using encryption of data in transit.
Your team's data, communications, and artifacts are hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers. Data centers have 24x7 monitoring and video surveillance.
